No, pilates is low intensity, low impact focusing on flexibility, posture, and gentle strengthening. Lagree is high intensity, low impact and faster-paced to target slow-twitch muscle fibers through constant tension, slow movement, and minimal rest.

Arrive to class 10 minutes early so we can get you set up on the megaformer and walk you through the basics. The class is 50 minutes of continuous movement. Your instructor will cue every transition and offer modifications as needed.

We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing form-fitting workout clothes with grip socks — grip socks are required and available for purchase at the studio if you forget yours.

The easiest way to book is directly through our website or app. You'll always get the most availability and best rates when you book direct.

If a class is full, join on the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added up to two hours before class. The standard cancellation policies apply.

We have a 8 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations incur a $25 fee and no-shows a $35 fee — this keeps our spots open for fellow members. It also keeps you accountable :)

We allow a 5-minute grace period. After that, the doors will lock to maintain the flow of class and ensure your safety.
