By attending classes or using studio services, you agree to follow all studio policies and instructor guidance.
Studio policies include but are not limited to:
Arriving on time for class
Grip socks are required for all classes
No shoes permitted in the studio
Phones are not permitted during class
Respecting equipment, staff, instructors, and fellow clients
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be permitted entry for safety and class flow purposes.
You agree to:
Participate safely and responsibly
Inform instructors of injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions
Use equipment properly
Provide accurate personal and billing information
SECTION 14 — BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & MEMBERSHIPS
All classes must be booked in advance through our booking platform.
Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations (within 12 hours of class) incur a $25 fee
No-shows incur a $35 fee
Applicable class credits may be forfeited
Waitlist Policy
Clients added from the waitlist are responsible for attending class and are subject to cancellation policies once confirmed.
Membership Terms
Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
Unused membership classes do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
Class Packs
Non-refundable
Non-transferable
Subject to expiration dates
Founding Memberships
Founding rates are promotional offers available for a limited time and may be discontinued at any time.
SECTION 15 — HEALTH DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Participation in fitness classes involves inherent physical risks.
By participating in classes or using studio facilities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise and fitness activities.
Luxe Lagree Studio and its owners, employees, instructors, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for:
Injuries
Illness
Damages
Loss of personal belongings
Service interruptions
Indirect or consequential damages
All services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, videos, photography, text, and studio materials are the intellectual property of Luxe Lagree Studio.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Luxe Lagree Studio.
